I've had 4 years of experiences setting up automation testing and test framework in my early stage of career. I wrote thousands of test cases, 5 types of frameworks so that HTC many products can be run stabilize and high performance in different user behavior.
After getting more involved in project management and product development, I got to learn more about recruiting as well as facilitating team.
Thru the start-up experience and NGO project, I want to get my hands dirty in the coding side of thing as well as pick up the latest software development paradigm.
• Implemented automated tests with nightwatch.js and manual acceptance tests of new features

4. Cooperated with software/hardware engineer team to identify and resolve bugs

6. Reduced by 80% manual test time and enforced an automation test that was adopted department-wide
7. Organized a team of 12 contractor to do manual test and program auto test tool
